Refund policy

[ SUBJECT: RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & SYSTEM RECOVERY ]

At Glitch-Tee, we strive for 1:1 parity between our vision and your wardrobe. However, we understand that sometimes the data gets corrupted. Here is how we handle System Recoveries (Returns).

1.0 // THE 10-DAY COOLING PERIOD You have 10 cycles (days) from the date of delivery to initialize a return request. If 10 days have passed since your package was marked as DELIVERED, the link is severed and we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2.0 // RETURN ELIGIBILITY [RECOVERY_REQUIREMENTS] To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original factory state:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of human "biological markers" (perfume, smoke, etc.).

  • All original "Data Tags" and "Batch Codes" must be attached.

  • Must be in the original premium packaging.

3.0 // SYSTEM OVERRIDE FEES [FLAT_RATE_SHIPPING] To maintain a streamlined network, we implement a fixed cost for logistics:

  • A flat rate of ₹60.00 will be charged for return shipping.

  • This amount will be automatically deducted from your total CREDIT_REFUND.

  • VOID_PROTOCOL: The ₹60.00 return fee will be waived (voided) in the event of an exchange or hardware replacement.

4.0 // NON-RECOVERABLE ITEMS (EXCLUSIONS) Certain data packets cannot be returned:

  • Customized Glitch-Tees: Since these are rendered specifically to your unique input, we cannot accept returns unless there is a physical manufacturing defect.

  • VoiD Series (Sale Items): Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Vaulted" cannot be returned.

5.0 // DEFECTIVE HARDWARE (DAMAGED GOODS) If your shirt arrives with a genuine "Unintentional Bug" (printing error or incorrect size shipped by us), we will prioritize a System Override:

  • Ping support@glitch-tees.com or contact +91 62900 69751 with your ORDER_ID and photos of the defect.

  • We will ship a replacement unit immediately or issue a full refund at zero additional cost.

6.0 // REFUND PROCESSING [DATA_TRANSFER] Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will send you a "Data Received" notification.

  • Approved refunds (minus the ₹60.00 recovery fee, where applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
