OVERVIEW: THE SIMULATION RULES

Welcome to Glitch-Tee. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Glitch-Tee. We provide this website, including all information, tools, and Services, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated here.

By interacting with our "System," you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to this code, you are prohibited from accessing the Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT INTEGRITY

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account must be reported to support@glitch-tees.com immediately.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCT RENDERING AND DISCREPANCIES

We strive for pixel-perfect representation. However, Glitch-Tee does not warrant that the color or texture of a physical product will exactly match the digital render on your screen. Device settings, brightness, and "chromatic variance" are outside of our control.

SECTION 3 - ORDER ACCEPTANCE

An order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order (e.g., if a custom design violates our safety protocols or intellectual property rights). Your order is only "Locked In" once you receive a confirmation email.

SECTION 4 - BILLING AND DATA ACCURACY

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All charges will be honored by your card issuer.

SECTION 5 - LOGISTICS AND RISK TRANSFER

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs. Once the product is handed to the carrier, the "Risk of Loss" passes to you. We recommend choosing tracked shipping for high-value "Data Packs."

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (THE VAULT)

All designs, "Glitch" effects, logos, and website code are the property of Glitch-Tee. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproducing our "Glitch" aesthetic for resale is a violation of our system integrity.

SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES

In addition to standard legal prohibitions, you may not:

Use the Services for any malicious "botting" to secure Limited Drops.
Upload designs that contain malware or "Corrupted Data."
Harass our support staff through the "System."

SECTION 14 - AGENT PROTOCOLS (AI & BOTS)

Any software/Agent accessing Glitch-Tee must identify itself as Agent/[name]. We reserve the right to block any AI or bot that mimics human behavior to circumvent purchase limits on Limited Drops.

SECTION 25 - CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT PROTOCOL [CRITICAL]

Because Glitch-Tee specializes in customized, made-to-order apparel, the following rules apply:

NO RETURNS FOR PREFERENCE: We cannot accept returns on customized shirts because the customer "changed their mind" or "doesn't like the design they created."
PRODUCTION LOCK: Once a custom order enters the "Rendering Phase" (usually 2 hours after purchase), it cannot be canceled or modified.
DEFECTIVE RENDERS: If the physical print has a manufacturing defect not present in the digital preview, we will provide a 1:1 replacement under our Refund Policy.
