At Glitch-Tee, we don’t just ship clothes; we transmit assets. Once your order is confirmed, our fulfillment center in Kolkata begins the "Materialization Process."

1.0 // DOMESTIC COVERAGE [INDIA]

We provide pan-India shipping. Whether you are in the heart of Mumbai or the mountains of Ladakh, our logistics partners are programmed to find you.

2.0 // SHIPPING COST & THRESHOLDS

ORDERS OVER ₹500: Shipping is COMPLIMENTARY. The system overrides all delivery fees once your cart hits the ₹500 mark.
ORDERS BELOW ₹500: A flat "Transmission Fee" of ₹60 will be applied at checkout to cover the logistics bandwidth.

3.0 // PROCESSING TIMES [RENDERING]

VoiD & Solid Series: These assets ship within 24–48 hours.
Customized & Glitch-Tees: Because these require individual rendering and printing, please allow 3–5 business days for production before the tracking link goes live.

4.0 // ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIMES

Once the package leaves our Kolkata hub:

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.
Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
Northeast & J&K: 7–10 business days.

5.0 // TRACKING YOUR DATA

As soon as your package is dispatched, a Tracking ID will be sent to your registered email and WhatsApp. You can monitor the real-time coordinates of your "Data Pack" until it reaches your door.

6.0 // UNDELIVERABLE COORDINATES

If the carrier cannot complete the delivery due to an incorrect address or unreachable phone number (+91 62900 69751 is where you'll hear from us if there's a glitch), the package will return to our hub as a "System Bounce."

A re-shipping fee of ₹100 will apply to re-transmit the package.
